Installation shows error in the WordPress back end

Hi there,

We are trying to install the Xstore wordpress theme in our staging server but it throws an error when we activate the child theme

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function et_b_get_widgets() in /home/a6445trbnjpr/public_html/staging/wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/customizer/theme-options/speed-optimization/speed-optimization.php:33

We tried to check this in a fresh WordPress set up but the problems exists in that place please check and update your comments asap

Hello,

Make sure that the latest version of Core plugin is installed – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update
Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

Hi Rose,

Thanks for your reply on this.

We have managed to set up theme after installing the core plugin.

However, we have issues in the Footer section update. We can see it is coming from the Static Blocks back end options https://prnt.sc/fQox_PsDAx91 , so we tried to change the phone number, email address etc https://prnt.sc/GZbWAQpPm7Hc but it was not reflecting in the front end website. https://prnt.sc/kKndEqoiqU29

Hello,

Enable page builder for the static blocks https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/47-static-blocks Use page builder to edit block after that and change the mentioned information.

Hi There,

We have been able to change most part of the footer section after activating the Elementor. Thanks for your reference on this.

We have issues in editing the Brand logo section, we can see it is coming Elementor but we don’t see any options to add / edit the Brand logos https://prnt.sc/Z5GsruJCprPu

Can you please provide more details on how to do this ?

Go to Dashboard > Products > Brands > edit brand and upload Thumbnail, for example, https://prnt.sc/Jxo-AHp5MqtD
