Installation Process - by may1214 - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    inintially after installing the package, i would get a message saying “could not create directory” and then i went ahead to upload the files directly in the wp-content/themes directory. i got to the setup wizard and everything was going fine until the plugins stage, all plugins failed to install with the same error message “could not create directory”.. Please help

    Hello,

    Looks like this is a permissions problem, that doesn’t relate to our theme.
    Contact with your hosting provider to sort out.

    hello so everytime i make a change to my xstore theme it keeps saying “ajax error”, please how do i fix that.. i’ll appreciate a response

    Hello,

    Do you get this message on the frontend or backend?
    Provide correct Dashboard and FTP access to your site in Private Content area to check the problem in more details.

    i get the message at the frontend when making customization changes.. nothing ever publishes after customizing.

    Contact your hosting provider or server admin to fix these errors because they could be the reason of your problem.
