I installed the demo content for the landing watch theme, and because I changed to another theme temporarily, I deleted some of the pages in the theme. However, now it doesn’t let me reimport the pages / sliders for the theme as the checkbox is still there. Please help. Thanks.

Also, if I try to reinstall the “Home landing” page since I previously deleted it after installing a new theme temporarily, this page doesn’t show up in “import additional pages

    Hi,

If this is just a test site, then I suggest you to try the following.

    1. Disable all the plugins other than xstores recommended plugin.
    2. Delete all the data using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/
    3. Go to 8Theme Options -> and press “Reset All”.

After that try to import the landing demo.

    Let us know,

    Thanks,
    laranz.

Is the only solution to solve this problem resetting the database?

I have already spent a ton of time configuring plugins / setting up other content on my website in the back-end. My site is not a “test site”, it is fully configured. The only reason it may look like that right now is because of the trouble I am having setting up this theme…

Is there no solution where I can uninstall demo content and reinstall it WITHOUT having to reset the WP database. Usually, most themes should have this feature (ex: https://theme-fusion.com/knowledgebase/remove-duplicate-demo-content-import).

Please help me with a solution as soon as possible. Thanks.

    Hello,

You can install version or needed page manually using xml files import http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/34-demo-content
or we may create needed pages for you.
Please try this solution and then describe what exactly you can’t import.

    Regards

Thanks, I was able to upload the landing page using the XML method.

However, two of the images did not get uploaded. I can’t figure out how to upload one of the images that didn’t get uploaded in Visual Composer. This is because the images are not on the same row as the text.

As you can currently see on the homepage of my website, the second image is missing when you scroll down, next to the words:
“The most important information is always at hand. literally at hand
We designed the Apple Watch, taking into account the very different styles and preferences. You can even better fit for each other, changing the appearance of stripes and a shield. As soon as you want. We designed the Apple Watch, taking into account the very different styles.
    WATCH ADVERTISEMENT”

I also can’t find a way to edit any of the images in Visual Composer.

    Hi,

Yes it is somehow missing in the demo import I will report that to the developers.

It is just the row background: http://take.ms/HjC1p

Make sure you choose the row style -> General -> Row stretch -> Stretch row, and then upload a background in the Design Options.

    Let us know,

    Thanks,
    laranz.
