Hi,
Just purchased this theme and am having trouble getting it set up. Was having trouble getting it to upload the zip file so I uploaded it through ftp. I keep getting error messages when I activate Visual Composer and Ultimate Add-ons. Based on the documentation, I am assuming this has something to do with PHP memory limit or max post size. Based on what my media uploader says, my max file size is 20M which is what the minimum requirement is. Does this mean that PHP memory is to blame? Also, how will I go about fixing this issue? Is this something I can do or will I need assistance from my web host? I will include my login credentials in the private content area. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
