Hi,

I’m going through the NEW installation of Xstore and the ‘Host’ Theme. I am unable to complete the Plugins area of the installation program. I keep installation failed errors on

8theme Core
WPBakery Page Builder
Revolution Slider
WooCommerce subscriptions

The other plugins successfully installed. When the screen shows the ‘failed’ messages it moves onto the ‘import data’ screen and just sits there for over an hour.

As the other plugins installed fine, what is the problem?

Hello,

Provide temporary Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check why plugin installation fails.

Hello,

Looks that your server has some limits and plugin archives can’t be installed in auto mode. Use manual installation and update in the future. You can always find the latest versions of all the included plugins here https://www.8theme.com/downloads

Version installed. Check please if you need anything else.

Hello,

You are welcome.
After moving the copy to new server/domain then go to XStore > Dashboard and deactivate theme. Activate theme using new purchase code.

good day team, i just purchased the xstore theme and i’m having troubles installing.. after installation, it says “could not create directory”, please help..

Hello, @may1214

Can you try to extract the XStore_Theme_v.5.3.1.zip archive and just move xstore folder that you will get to wp-content/themes/ folder?
If this doesn’t help, create a new topic and provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access in the Private content area http://prntscr.com/nypizr
