Hi, i’ve a problem with the installation of the Kids Store theme. I’ve followed the instructions in the documentation, but i haven’t got the expected result in my demo site:

Sorry, but we still can’t log in to FTP getting an error:
530 Autenticazione fallita. Accedi al pannello di controllo di AlterVista e aggiungi la nazione da cui ti stai connettendo tra quelle consentite.

I can’t find the white list for the ftp in altervista panel, but i’ve allowed the access from all the nations. Retry now Thanks.

Hello,

The problem with importing is that you have allow_url_fopen function disabled.
Please contact your host and ask them to enable it. Also ask them to increase post_max_size and upload_max_filesize values.
After that try to import the template variant.
