Instagram widget not showing content and asking for user

Hi,
I placed the instagram widget on my website, but even after allowing access in the xstore panel it asks for a user. I can’t find any other place to set any user data, can you help?

Hello, Inesita,

Please provide temporary wp-admin access.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
