Instagram problem - by mariangio - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi
    I have updated my Xstore and Xstore core and since then I have the message
    :
    Error: Can not get response

    Why is that? Does that mean each time I do an update I have to reset something on my Instagram?

    Hi,

    What theme version do you use before the update?
    Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

    Before the update I had the 7.1.(something).
    Access in the private section.

    Maybe it needed some times to update?
