There’s no limitation’s on any countries and I’m not seeing an IP block for either of those IPs. If they’re still not able to log in I’d recommend they double-check the password to make sure it matches what was created for the FTP account. Also please note that it would only have access to regular FTP not SFTP.

If the password is incorrect then we would get an authentication error. But this error http://prntscr.com/t72k53 appears if we can’t even connect to your server to proceed to the next step – authentication. As a rule, this happens if the host is incorrect or if the server has limits for the connections from other countries.
So, make a double-check from your side and try to connect to FTP using credentials you provided.

1) Take my apologies for the delay in answering. I found that you provided correct access on Friday evening but our developers do not work on the weekend to check the issue with the variation gallery. Also, we found that you use the Cloudflare CDN. Could you, please, log in to your account http://prntscr.com/t8c2e5 to allow us to clear CDN cache once we make js changes to apply them?
2) Could you, please, create new topic next time once you have the new question? This topic has 3 pages, we need to read it from the beginning every time you reply here to find out what issues have been resolved and which one still exists. It also takes time and causes misunderstanding.
3) We can’t help you with missing images because they physically do not exist. I don’t see that slider images are chosen in the settings http://prntscr.com/t8brm7 Product images are missing because you used png images while created the products and then it seems you replaced them by jpg images https://gyazo.com/a68df63f075cbb8063d55355ce301b36 So, edit products with missing images and re-add correct images. So, this issue is not related to our theme and we can’t help with this. This is something that you changed.
4) Problem with the menu was related to your custom CSS http://prntscr.com/t8bym0 you set z-index for the before that was higher than menu z-index, it caused the issue. I have changed it to 4 instead of 5. Check now.
