Hello, I’m seeing this error on my website and I have tried several times to manually link the api token etc, its still not working.Its saying to use this element select instagram user.

Hello,

Go to Appearance > Widgets > edit the Instagram widget and select the user in the widget settings.

I had this one, for me it worked to disconnect directly on the Facebook account and your website, then reconnect manually.

And did you add token manually or used automatically way to connect to your Instagram account? Because if you used manual way and get the message that “The access_token provided is invalid.” it means that you did not copy the full token or used the wrong one.

Helo,

We don’t have problem with the widget once we added our correct token http://prntscr.com/t0ntqa
1) So, log out from your Face book account. Press add account button http://prntscr.com/t0nuo8 and proceed with the steps to generate token.
2) After that go to Appearance > Widgets > choose the account http://prntscr.com/t0nvh3
3) After that go to XStore > Instagram API and refresh data http://prntscr.com/t0nvzi

URL? I said products attributes buttons are not working, what does that have to do with what page? ALL PRODUCT PAGES that show attributes like size and color…

Hi I’m having another issue. I can’t find out what version is my xstore on to add on a new ticket to submit. AlsoI’m not seeing a file to download on themeforest to update the xstore plugin core message pop up on my site. Lastly, there is an issue with product variations not showing up/displaying when seleceted. When product is selected, the image is not reflecting the selection.

Now there is even another issue, the thumbnail images on products are not showing on display page but when you click on the product, there seems to show a main image but the variation images are missing. 🙁
