Instagram – Error: There is no media to show

    Hi:

    Instagram Authorization is setup correctly, but in frontend is displaying an error: Error: There is no media to show .

    I followed a recommendation of yours and in the widget I have chosen “Top Media” but to no avail.

    Can you provide some wisdom?

    Hello,

    I assume that type of Instagram account also could be the reason of the issue. I see that the Instagram account type is Personal https://prnt.sc/8YfN4AGA2p6t Don’t you plan to change it to Business if this is the professional account of the online store?

    I passed your issue to our developers and they will also take a look at why the Personal account has the issue with the displaying media.

    Could you check if you allowed access to your media while generating token https://prnt.sc/UDFvB37PZ2dt ?

    Also, you need to add our user as the developer to your FB dev account https://prnt.sc/_t6hKXUzVICz because we need to check the settings that you used there and that you gave all the necessary permissions. Because we checked our test sites and did not face the mentioned error with the personal accounts, so, it means that you made something wrong while generating the token or while setting the app settings.
