Instagram error - by Makka - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi there,

there is an issue on my site.

The instagram feed won’t load and there is a message “Error:” but it doesn’t say anything.

Could you please help what’s wrong?

Hello,

Problem appears because you connected Business Instagram account like personal https://prnt.sc/w7lvdp
Remove the key and add the Business Instagram account http://prntscr.com/vt1429

Hi,

if I want to add a new account it leads me to facebook and not to instagram. How can I fix this? Is there a wrong link somewhere?

Hello,

If you use the Instagram business account then you need to log in using FB because Business account is connected with your FB and requires it to generate the correct API key. So, proceed with the loginization.

then I don’t have a business account. Can you please explain why should I pick business if I don’t have a business account?

Hello,

System detected your Instagram account as the Business account. Are you sure that your account is not the Business type https://help.instagram.com/502981923235522/robots.txt ?
