Our Instagram account should appear on all product detail pages. It looked normally.

    Problem right now: http://prntscr.com/vr5fef

This is happening now and then. Why is that?

    Hello,

    1) Update the theme and XStore Core plugin – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update Then go to Theme Options > click on Publish. Clear all cache, and check how it works then.
    2) Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with the theme https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , and check how it works then.

    Regards

    Hello,

    1) Go to XStore > Authorization APIs > Instagram http://prntscr.com/vr9ca2 remove the token

    2) Create token using Business type http://prntscr.com/vr9fhd because your account is not personal, it’s business.

    Regards

I tried this but it didn’t work. I connect with Facebook, choose the account, get the successful message and when I come back to the site everything is the same; Nothing changed.

I tried to add them manually, generated tokens, when I entered the relevant field, it gave the following error: Instagram did not return a 200.

    Hello,

Add account http://prntscr.com/vreuq2 using Business type. Don’t remove the token. After that reply back and provide us with FTP access to your site.

I do what you say. After I say add account, I go to Facebook and select the page and everything is confirmed. Facebook displays this message: “You have now connected the XStore Graph API (y) to Facebook”. I press OK, the redirect is done and this is what I see again: https://prnt.sc/vreuq2

The page is not being added.

    Please contact administrator

Click on Add account > select “Business” > continue, you will be prompted by Instagram to sign in your Instagram account and then you will be asked to authorize 8themeapp to access your Instagram photos.
    Let us know the result.
Our developers team will be able to take a closer look after the weekend if it is needed, so do not change wp-admin and FTP access.

    Hello,

We tried to add our account and did not face the issue http://prntscr.com/vspkxv
So, try again and be sure that you use the Business account type.
Or try to generate token here https://www.8theme.com/new-instagram-api/ and provide it in the private content area.

    Regards
