Please rectify it as it is very important. Otherwise no use

  Please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
  1, 2) Try to use Backed editor. You can use Product Categories element https://prnt.sc/uz3mt4
  3) Try to set the desired width in settings of menu item – https://prnt.sc/uz3p1h
  4) https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/static-blocks/
  5) This functionality comes from WooCommerce plugin, contact support of WC to get assistance.
