Inquiry regarding WooCommerce Order Notification Count

    “Currently, the notification bubble on the WooCommerce > Orders menu reflects the number of orders that are ‘In Delivery’ (Shipped). However, this is quite confusing for managing new orders.”

    “What I want is for the count to show only the number of ‘New Orders’—specifically those that are ‘Pending Payment’ or ‘Processing’ (orders that haven’t been shipped yet). I want to see how many new tasks I need to attend to, rather than seeing orders already in transit.”

    “Could you please let me know where I can adjust these settings? Is this controlled by the XStore theme, or is there a specific setting within WooCommerce or the Sales Booster plugin?”

    The notification bubble on the WooCommerce > Orders menu is managed by WooCommerce itself and not directly by the XStore theme or the Sales Booster plugin. By default, WooCommerce displays the total number of orders that meet certain criteria, and this behavior cannot be changed through the theme settings.

    To modify the count so that it only reflects orders with the “Pending Payment” or “Processing” status, you would need to use a custom code snippet or a third-party plugin that allows you to filter the order statuses displayed in the admin menu.
