    Hi XStore Support,

We are currently using the XStore theme with Elementor Pro, WP Rocket, Cloudflare, Wordfence, Object Pro Cache’ and Nexcess hosting. However, we’ve been experiencing some persistent issues with Elementor Pro—mainly in terms of performance and occasional conflicts.

Because of this, we’re exploring the possibility of switching to Oxygen Builder.

Could you please confirm the following:

    1. Is XStore compatible with Oxygen Builder, or would switching to Oxygen completely disable XStore’s features?
    2. If not compatible, is there an alternative setup or integration you’d recommend for keeping XStore but improving performance without relying on Elementor Pro?

Appreciate your guidance before we make any big changes.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us and for using the XStore theme.

    Regarding your inquiry:

    1. XStore is not officially compatible with Oxygen Builder. Our theme is primarily built and optimized to work with Elementor and WPBakery Page Builder. Switching to Oxygen Builder would likely disable many of XStore’s core features and functionalities, as they rely on the structure and hooks provided by the supported page builders.

    2. If you are experiencing performance issues with Elementor Pro, we recommend the following alternatives to improve performance while continuing to use XStore:
    – Ensure that all plugins and the theme are updated to their latest versions.
    – Optimize your Elementor usage by minimizing the number of widgets and global sections used on each page.
    – Use WP Rocket and Cloudflare settings effectively to leverage caching, minification, and CDN features.
    – Consider disabling unused Elementor widgets and features via the Elementor settings panel to reduce overhead – https://elementor.com/help/element-manager/
    – Evaluate your hosting environment with Nexcess to ensure it is properly configured for WordPress performance.
    – Disable unnecessary plugins. Please note that you currently have 55 plugins activated on your site. Each of these plugins requires server resources to function, which may contribute to slower site performance.

We hope this information helps you make an informed decision.

We would like to inform you that our upcoming update will include several optimization improvements designed to enhance page loading speed across the entire site. Development of this update is currently in progress, and it is expected to be released within the next 2–3 weeks.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
