Inquiry about a problem that occurs every now and then

Every period, for example, 3 or 4 days, this problem occurs. It lasts for one to two days, then the link returns to work, and so on. What is the reason?

Hello @Omar Quddam,

We have noticed that your website is utilizing a large number of plugins. This could potentially impact the website’s performance, lead to errors, and affect its overall speed. To ensure optimal functionality and avoid such issues, we kindly ask you to manually review each plugin currently in use on your website.

If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again.
Do the same test for the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

Additionally, could you please, provide us some more details of what pages are incorrect and did you make any changes with permalinks on your server or in files lately ?

Hello 8Theme Support Team,

Thank you for your response and guidance.

I would like to inform you that when I switched from the Child Theme to the Parent Theme, the link worked correctly. Even after switching back again to the Child Theme, the issue was resolved.

However, this problem appears occasionally, for one or two days, and then everything goes back to normal without any changes from my side.

Also, I would like to confirm that I haven’t made any modifications to the permalinks settings or to any server/files.

If needed, I can provide you with temporary WordPress Admin and FTP access so you can check the issue directly. Please let me know if you would like me to share the details.

Hello Jack,

Thank you for your follow-up. I have checked all the pages on my website, and they are all working correctly without any issues. The problem seems to occur only occasionally as I mentioned before, but currently, all pages are displaying properly.
