Info Box Not Defining Link - by turner7 - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    8Theme,

    I’m currently utilizing an info box to display information on my client’s site. My client has requested to turn the info box into a link. When I attempt to do so, within the info box setting section, I’m receiving content saying that the link is undefined. I have attempted this several times with other info boxes and I’m receiving the same error.

    How can I go about turning these info boxes into links?

    I have also noticed that this theme is no longer on Theme Forest. Why is this the case? Is 8Theme no longer supporting this theme?

    Hello,

    You should update all required plugins which can be downloaded here:
    https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
    Also your theme is outdated.
    I’ve sent new theme version to your email address. Please check.
    Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!


    (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).
