Infinite scroll is only working on Parent categories

Hello,
Infinite scrool only works on the main woocommerce categories https://prnt.sc/152icxf . But its not working on the sub category pages https://prnt.sc/152ifsf . I just checked plugin settings and that seems to be good https://prnt.sc/152igj7 .
Can you guide me that how can i implement that loading spinner in place of page numbers, on subcaregory pages. Thanks

Hello,

1) Try to delete the Scroll plugin, and install it one more time using the archive from this page – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/
2) Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check how it works then.

Thanks for your quick reply as issue is solved with your assistance.
I found a very rare issue that my website”s LCP and FID is not being fetched https://prnt.sc/156ss5i , mainwhile the upload speed is also decreaced. I have done plugin conflict test than contacted siteground but it is yet unsolved as robots.txt is also very old one. I am just clueless and asking here for your guidance to assist me to solve this. Thanks.

We could offer you to try AMP version of our theme. It’s more simple and does not load unused CSS. This option is not released but if you want to try we could send you the necessary archives to try.
