I have activated my theme for the first time, but activator remains on the step of installing plugins for a very long time even after installing all chosen plugins

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us.
Make sure you have checked all the server requirements before the installation https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/60-xstore-theme-requirements
In case if automatic plugin installation fails, you can install them manually via your Dashboard: Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Browse plugins archives. Or via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder – https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
Then install demo content from XStore > Import Demos.
    https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/34-demo-content
    Let us know the result.

    Regards

it`s ok with activation, but there is a problem with demo installing. First was issue with php memory limit, so I increased it in wp_config.php to 256M, but now when I trying to import demo that I want – nothing happens.

    Hello,

Try to disable the Revolution slider plugin, remove it and install again from Appearance > Install plugins. Try to import demo after that.

I imported demo succesfully after disabling Revolution slider. Then I enabled Revolution slider, but there are notifications ‘Slider with alias engineer not found’ in some places on website and there aren’t any sliders in revolution slider’s gallery.

    Hello,

Download “XStore import files” from this page https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ and you will find folders of all demo versions > select the desired one > import archives of sliders http://prntscr.com/oehvti

    Regards
