Incorrect header display in incognito view

The header is displaying incorrectly in incognito view. It looks fine in the editor. Screenshots attached.

To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://fex.net/ , and provide us with the URL.

Does the problem get resolved if you disable the cache plugin and CDN?

I’m sending a video showing the display while logged in and in incognito mode. I don’t currently have any caching plugins installed. I also don’t know why it started displaying incorrectly; it happened suddenly.
