Incompatible Archive Error on Child Theme

When I try to upload the child theme zip file while I downloaded from themeforest, it shows the error Incompatible Archive. This issue started after your recent theme updates. Pls let me know how to install the child theme and how the Incompatible Archive issue can be solved.

I have tried the child theme from Feb 16 archive.
This too has the same issue.
I have tried unzipping and zipping it again on my Mac. But this too hasn’t helped.
Please share a solution asap and the link to earlier archived child themes if that could solve.

Additionally, please ensure that the parent theme is activated using the purchase code, as indicated in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/LBa4vKwudhKb

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

I just did a Google search and realised that there are tons of Incompatible Archive errors already reported. I could see some from your support forum as well. So this issue is very much there. Pls address this in your theme updates.
