    Hello,

What version of Core plugin do you use? In case it is 1.5.3 version, you need to update XStore theme to 6.2.3 version http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update
If the theme and Core have compatible versions, according to information from our changelog – https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/ , provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

    Regards

I would recommend you to update XStore theme – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update and Core plugin – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update

    The whole theme is down.
Why the Xstore theme can’t be automaticly updated by the “companion auto-update plugin” wich I use with success on all my websites please ?
    Thank you for your help

How can I share the admin access of my wordpress with you please ?

    Hello,

Every theme version required the appropriate version of the XStore Core plugin. So, you need to update not just a theme but XStore core plugin. That’s why we would recommend using Dashboard > Updates > and every time update both theme and plugin to the required versions.

    Hello,

You have disabled all the share options in Theme Options > Social Sharing but the share was still enabled in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product > Single product layout > Show Share Buttons. So, if you don’t want to use share both options should be disabled.
