1) Please set for the user – administrator role so I can see Theme Options.
2) Delete this custom css code:
```
.header-wrapper .navbar-header {
    margin-right: 40px;
}
```
and this
```
.header-wrapper.header-two-rows .right-wrap .navbar-header i, .header .cart-bag {
    color: #fff;
}
```
and
```
.fixed-header .navbar-header {
     margin-right: 45px;
}
```
