another question: Your theme & my License support WordPress Multisite for all sites in network?
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
To help us assist you more efficiently and avoid any misunderstandings, we kindly ask that you post each question as a separate topic on the support forum.
1/ Theme Options → WooCommerce → Shop → Products Design → Elements.
2/ As shown in the screenshot ( https://prnt.sc/Ss3O4C-UkyRs ), your image does appear to have a border, which becomes visible when the background color is changed. Therefore, we recommend replacing the image, as the current issue is not related to our theme.
3/ Yes, our theme supports WordPress Multisite.
According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site and/or localhost, but the same project), read more – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular If you want to use our theme for a few different projects you need to buy a few licenses. The further explanation you can get from ThemeForest support.
1. XStore can be utilized on one live and 1 staging site.
2. XStore can be activated on multisite, as it is technically possible.
3. Consequently, you can activate it 2 times on a multisite, of which one will be live and 1 will be staging.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.
Warm Regards,

How to add my custom text information “Additional information” in single product page ?
Hello,
You can edit Product Sorting on the page, via Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce (Shop) > Product catalog > Default Product Sorting – these settings come from WooCommerce and are independent of XStore.
By default, the sort order for products is “Custom Ordering + Name”. Navigate to Products, then click Sorting. From this page, you can simply drag and drop the product rows to reorder them https://gyazo.com/c680776c6d72e5bddf1457442afbca87
If this doesn’t give you the desired result, we would recommend you contact the support of the WooCommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ , because our theme doesn’t have additional settings for this.

Hello,
Please read this article – https://woocommerce.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/
You can add a global custom tab via Theme Options > Woocommerce > Single product page > Tabs.
If you would like to add an additional tab for each product with unique content, follow these steps: go to Dashboard > Products > edit product > XStore Options > Single layout > add own content for Custom tab title and Custom tab https://prnt.sc/_12re1HatFd9
