In all emails order date is not showing.

I have checked there is property order_date in email builder and being used but in actual email this is not adding any date and all emails goes empty of order date.

The reference images are attached.

To test orderdate, you can create any order on website selecting payment method COD and put testing in name field so we know its a test order. the email you will receive won’t have order date.

Well, we have created many templates and those are functional almost all in your screenshot except 1 or 2. Many of them use same order_date parameter which doesn’t work for anyone.

It appears that the primary issue with the order date on your website stems from the configuration of the “Custom Date Format” in your WordPress settings, which currently has empty values. You can refer to the following screenshot for clarification: https://prnt.sc/-CO3sXUuchzK.

To resolve this issue, we kindly request you to either select a predefined date format instead of “Custom” or define a custom date format explicitly for your website. At present, the order date cannot be displayed because the format is left empty, and as a result, the system is unable to generate the order date.

Please note that this is not a bug in our theme but rather a configuration issue within your website’s settings. Once the date format is properly configured, the issue should be resolved.
