  Whenever I try to import page layouts, the pop-up window gets stock for a long time, and in the meantime, the whole website becomes inaccessible for minutes.

  Are you talking about Page Importer option? What page from our demo are you trying to import using this?

  Thank you! It is imported; however, there is another issue: once a new page is created, a new page link adds to the main menu. (I removed the business demo page from the menu)

  Hello,

  Go to Appearance > Menus > Edit Main menu > uncheck “Automatically add new top-level pages to this menu”

  One last question: I have XStore Child theme installed and active. Is it ok to keep it that way or do I have to change it to XStore theme?

  Hello,

  You are welcome.
  It’s ok to keep enabled the child theme. If you decide to add any custom functions or styles you are able to use it for these purposes. So, don’t switch to parent theme.
