Importing JSON file - by filmguerilla - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi, how can i import the JSON file i have for my backup. The option isn’t working right when i click IMPORT FROM FILE theres no way i could upload the file… Please see this. http://prntscr.com/dif1hn

You guys need a proper system on your theme update. This is quite frustrating. Every time i update the theme to a new version the changes we made (with your support) are always affected! I don’t want to piss your support team because i keep on contacting theme to fix my damn site! And i don’t want to waste my time contacting and waiting it to be fixed!

Hello,

This is Redux plugin functionality that we just adapted for our theme.
To import options you should copy code from the file and paste in that field. Then press import.

HI Olga, So i need to upload the Json file on my server first and input the URL? The Import from File then is useless in that settings?

Hello,

Just open your .json file and copy the code that you find there, for example http://prntscr.com/dixnv7
Then go to Theme Options > Import export > Options > paste the code and press import http://prntscr.com/dixou5
