Imported Product Prices Not Converted to USD

    Dear Sir,

    Good day to you!

    I imported product data from safeandsecureksa.com where the prices were listed in SAR. After importing them to jblifting.com, i have changed currency symbol to USD, but the actual price values remained the same in SAR and were not converted accordingly.

    Could you please guide me how to convert price to base currency usd values?

    We understand that you have imported product data from safeandsecureksa.com to jblifting.com, and although you have changed the currency symbol to USD, the actual price values have remained in SAR.

    Please note that changing the currency symbol does not automatically convert the price values to the corresponding exchange rate. To convert the prices from SAR to USD, you will need to manually update the product prices or use a plugin or script that can perform bulk price conversion based on the current exchange rate.

    If you are using WooCommerce, you may consider the following options:

    1. Use a currency conversion plugin that supports automatic price conversion during import or allows bulk price updates based on exchange rates.
    2. Export your product data to a CSV file, apply the conversion (e.g., divide the SAR prices by the current exchange rate) in a spreadsheet editor, and then re-import the updated CSV file.
    3. If you are using WP All Import or a similar tool, you can apply a custom price conversion formula during the import process.

    Please ensure you back up your site and database before making bulk changes.
