Hello!
I’ve asked a SEO specialized company to give me some recommendations for the onpage SEO, and I got 4 advices:
1. For product (sub)category pages (see here for example), the names of the products need to have a <h2> attribute instead of <h3>, on both views (grid / list);
2. For product (sub)category pages (see here for example), the short description from the list view needs to have “<p class=”product-excerpt”>” instead of “<div class=”product-excerpt”>”;
3. Any <h1> attribute for any URL needs to be <h1 itemprop=“name”> instead;
4. The images, on both single product pages, and also on category pages, need to have the alt=“ “ attribute.
Can you guide me on how to implement this? The first one seems the easiest one, for the other three please talk to a php specialist from your colleagues.
I’ve paid ALOT of money for these advices (and others regarding how to best compose the content), so please take this ticket very seriously, as a lot of your clients can benefit from these once implemented.
Also, these implementations are needed also for the Legenda theme, that is very similar to Legenda code-wise. Do you think I should copy / paste the ticket also in the Legenda forum?
Thank you in advance 🙂
