Import xstore demo, media fail - by Luis

    I have xstore, but import demo, in finish “fail, media not imported”. My server is ubuntu server 18.04 with php 7.4 and 4GB ram. Try with others templates demos and fail media too.

    Need help!

    Hello,

    Sometimes when you import demo with a great number of the images the server timeout is not enough to import all the media that demo has and this error occurred. You can choose the demo import again and at the demo content installation step don’t check all but media only https://gyazo.com/647b0452f7c5d8ddb3ebcf966506dcc0

    Sorry, but fail again. Reset Database, import all and fail, last import again media only and fail.

    Do you see missing images on frontend of your site? If so, provide us with temporary wp-admin access, and we will add them manually.
    Without access to your Dashboard and FTP I can’t give a solid response about the current situation.
