Hey!
When I create a new page and I try to import one of the demo URLs it does not let me paste the URL.

First of all, thank you for using our theme and for contacting us.
Disable Gutenberg editor https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/101-wpbakery-page-builder and follow this video – https://youtu.be/wkIKN2IyEZI
If this doesn’t help, provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
