Import Jewellery Demo - by speedakias - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi,

I tried import the Jewellery demo but i can’t get the slider to work.
The link in your documentation is not working: http://www.themepunch.com/faq/9x-slider-synchronous-grid-slider/

Also the menu that imported is not the same with the demo.

Could you please take a look?

Sorry, but the menu can’t be imported. To create mega menu you need to refer to the documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/primary_menu

Hi Rose
I was wondering, I had to test the template in this domain http://www.sycfuk.com for later changing my site to this final domain http://www.thailuv.com, I been a whole day trying to change the location of my files, but it keeps redirecting me to the first domain, and now godaddy says it has something to do with my wordpress installation? could this be true?. Can you assist me please?

Hello,

Yes, it could be. The redirect could be related to rules in .htaccess file, in your DataBase, etc.
Unfortunately, we can help you only with issues related to theme options, we don’t manage users’ installations, this is outside the scope of our support. But I can recommend you plugin that helps with moving the site to another domain – try Duplicator.

I am getting an error while trying to import sliders on your site. Please update PHP version to PHP 7.2. Contact your hosting provider to get help with the updating. Let us know once PHP version will be updated so we can try to import sliders one more time.
