Import gets stuck & 500 internal error

Hi Guys, I am getting a 500 internal error, the wizzard gets stuck at importing demo content. Please assist

I have submitted a ticket please assist, I have tried on two servers getting the same issue, php 5.6 , memory size, upload time all updated in config

how is this possible, I have tried two servers, Godaddy and another provider and still getting the same issue,

Contact your hosting provider support and ask them to increase the following PHP settings:
– post_max_size to 64M;
– upload_max_filesize to 64M;
