    I removed WordPress and reinstalled, but I still cannot import the demo.

    Now I deleted WordPress again.

    I will try again once you are online so that you can take a look.

    Thank you

    Hello,

    1) You need to use the latest version of the theme – http://prntscr.com/q36ey5 You can download the latest version of XStore from ThemeForest.
    2) Contact your hosting provider to increase Max Input vars limit to 3000 or 5000 (it is required for the correct work of multiple headers).

    Regards

    Please clear the cache of your browser and try to download the theme one more time, 6.2.3 version of the theme should be there.

    You need to use custom CSS code for this. Add the next code in Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS:

    .footer .menu-element h5 {
        color: red;
    }

    Size of product images comes from WC settings – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/product-images/
    In settings of the Products element, you can change columns – http://prntscr.com/q3ueo9

    OK

    I have translated files of WooCommerce and XStore Theme, can you give me instructions on how to upload them to another website?

    I have checked this link: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/

    But I do not see how this documentary shows me how to upload the translated files.

    Thank you

    Hello,

    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ – place .po and .mo files of the theme into /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder.
    Translation files of plugins should be placed in /wp-content/languages/plugins/ folder.

    https://ibb.co/MMdKx5g

    Or can you help me to import them? I am afraid that I will ruin everything. Last time your colleague actually helped me to import the files

    It would be great if you can help me. Thank you

    Hello,

    I do not see the name of the destination folder on your screenshot, make sure that it is /wp-content/languages/themes/, because /wp-content/languages folder contains translations of WordPress.
    Correct names of XStore translation files in your case are xstore-zh_HK.po and xstore-zh_HK.mo.
    Provide FTP access (host, username, password, port), and we will help you to upload translation files.

    Hello,

    I’ve uploaded translation files of the theme – http://prntscr.com/q48pdc
    Also, I’ve installed Loco translate plugin to be able to synchronize translation files http://prntscr.com/q48qfv You can disable+delete the plugin, but I would recommend using it because this plugin is very useful.
    I’ve created a translation for XStore Core plugin – http://prntscr.com/q48r06 > http://prntscr.com/q48r3l , you need to translate some strings for this plugin also http://prntscr.com/q48re7
    Let us know if you need any other assistance.
