    Hi

I recently installed the theme, now trying to import the corporate demo data from THEME OPTIONS / IMPORT.

I click on install and it does nothing but refresh the page.

On another note – I cannot install the essentialgrid plugin without my site becoming blank with an error. I then have to manually remove it via ftp or I cannot use the site.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Please ask your host to enable allow_url_fopen function and ask to increase memory_limit value.
After that try to install template variant and Essential Grid plugin.

    Thank you.

    Thanks,
I just manually added this to my wp.config:

    define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’64M’);

It still does not work and I am not sure about the other thing you mentioned and how to do itmyself. I have asked my host but they will take over a day to respond and I really need to get moving on the web setup now as we are on different time zones.

Can you please inform me how I can add the demo data via ftp instead? I really cannot afford to wait on my host responding past 24 hours and there must be another way to get the demo content in for now?

    Thanks.

    Hello,

Are you going to use Woocommerce plugin for your site. If no some content of demo data won’t be shown because Woocommerce isn’t installed.
Also the changes should be made by host in php.ini file. If you have access to this file you can edit it yourself and change the values.

    Thank you.

    Good Morning,

Unfortunately this is my clients web host held with yahoo small business, they are pretty useless and allow no access to the php.ini file or htaccess file. I am having issues just talking to their support as we are on different timezones and they want my client to request info.

As a quick fix – because I really can’t afford to wait on yahoo, is there any way I can just install the demo content via FTP? I read in your support forum that this situation had happened before? You can send me the relevant files for corporate theme? or whatever is clever?

I do not need woocommerce no which is why I have not enabled relevant plugins for that.

Thanks and have a nice day.
