    Hello,

Thanks for using our theme and for contacting us.
As I can see, GMAPS for WPBakery Page Builder plugin is activated on your site. But there are a lot of other plugins, 3rd-party plugins may cause errors during the demo data installation.
Go to Plugins > temporarily disable all plugins except – Contact Form 7, GMAPS for WPBakery Page Builder, MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress, Slider Revolution, WooCommerce, WPBakery Page Builder, XStore Core, YITH WooCommerce Wishlist, YITH WooCommerce Compare , then run the import.
    Let us know the result.

    Regards

    Hello,

I’ve imported the demo version to your site. Please check
There is “coming soon” on your Home page https://gyazo.com/8ebaf6fcbce5aa3b367a2609b0db8db3 , which doesn’t allow me to check Home page even with access, that you provided

    Regards

Thanks for the reply. Import was done successfully.
But there is a stage problem in Appearance > Customize (Theme Options). Is there an extention/code/plugin , that is not visible for us, but works on your site?
Provide temporary FTP access, so we can check the problem with Theme Options more deeply. Also, ask your hosting provider about the server error log.

    Regards
