  I remember I can import a specific page by copy and pasting a URL.
  I cannot find this feature after the theme update.
  May I ask how can I do it now?

As I can see, you installed demo content that was created using Elementor, so use our studio to import blocks from the different demo versions – https://prnt.sc/uau0hp https://prnt.sc/uau0tu
  https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/2/plumbing/blog/ – this is blog page, archive page for posts, so it can’t be imported, because the page has no content in the editor, all posts are shown there automatically.
