Dear,

I have an issue in the display of my product pictures and related product.
In place of the pictures I have a box with “loading page” and in the related product I can’t see the thumbnail of my product.

I use wp-ecommerce 3.9.1 with wordpress 4.0

Hello,

Sorry, but your credentials isn’t correct.
Also please update WordPress to the latest version.
Don’t forget to make backup your site before updating.

Thank you eva.
The issue was coming from my web hosting provider, he made few changes on mod security and folder permission and now everything work like a charm.
