Images not showing on Legenda 2.4 with WordPress 4.0

Hello,
We have purchased and downloaded the last version of Legenda, 2.4, and we have a problem with the images of the products. We import them using WP All Import, and when imported, the product images won’t show. It is not a problem with the imports or anything because using other free themes (like Custom Community) you can see the products and the images correctly.

The images source code has the src property empty. Can you please help us?

Hello,

Are you getting any errors when importing the images?
Our theme shouldn’t affect WP import process, but you may deactivate our theme and all plugins, then import all images and enable everything back.

Hello,

Actually we are not getting any errors during the import, and the products are correctly there because with other themes we can see them. However, using legenda you get empty src in the images, like when you access a product:

-a href=”http://localhost/shop/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/jpg1″ rel=”lightboxGall”-
-img src=”” /-
-/a-

(I changed the less than < and greater than > for – so they can show here).

We also tried entering the products one by one, but with the same results. We also tried de-activating all the plugins and activating them again with no results. Finally, we installed Legenda 2.4 on a newly created wordpress and entered some products, with the same results.

Can you help us?

Apparently it has something to do with the file names. Legends should be applying some kind of filtering so that if the name doesn’t end with .jpg/.png/.gif, it does not show the image.

We solved this by making sure our image names ended in the proper extension.
