Images Not Showing latest file in Media Library

When i already uploaded an image before, and now i want to do some changes on that image, so i edit the image and re-upload again with them same file name, the image won’t update to the latest image, unless i rename the image file and upload again, kindly help to solve on this issue.

Hello,

Does the issue persist with default WordPress theme?
Please check it.

Hi Eva,

My website got the same issue, new added images are not shown in media library, when I switched to default WP theme, all images are shown, however, when I activated Royal theme, only very old images are shown in the library, so I think this is a theme related issue.
