Hi,

Most of my images are missing from my website and my website is very very slow. Could you please help me fix my problems?

Hello,

As I see images for some products are missing http://storage5.static.itmages.com/i/16/0601/h_1464769180_8329429_d5381b8cb5.jpeg . For example the product “Abstract Energy Fit and Flare Dress”. And the featured image for it can’t be found. Try to reupload the images.

But I had probably a few thousand pictures on my website before.. They can’t just suddenly disappeared, I didn’t take them down or anything. I did a website restoration from backup the other day, do you think maybe the website still isn’t totally restored?

As I see the whole “2015” folder is missing in uploads directory.
Try to restore it from your backup.

Thanks I’m restoring the folder and a lot of the images have come back!

If you go to my home page though, under ‘What’s New’ the images are very long and they’re not on top of the descriptions like they’re suppose to be. Could you please help me fix it?

Hello,

I’ve changed Product View to Default in the Products settings http://storage5.static.itmages.com/i/16/0601/h_1464784472_2516558_66e503f9ad.jpeg .
Please check now.
If you want to show description over the product image you need select “Description” for “Product Image Hover” option in Theme Options > Products Page Layout.
