Images loading as “grey” before fully loading

Hello,

before the images fully load, they appear as “grey” spots.
for example, if a page has an image, it does not load automatically. it takes time and until it does load, it is a grey color.

is there any reason for this?

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

It looks like the effect of some plugin for optimization or speed up.

Disable all plugins (not XStore , WooCommerce, Elementor) and check how it works then, activate plugins one by one to find out activation of which one caused the mentioned behavior, then check the settings of that plugin or contact their support team.
