Images do not appear in attributes from our website

We have the problem that the images of the product attributes do not appear, we load the images but they do not appear

Hello, the problem, as I told you, is not the categories, the problem is the attributes. When you select one, the images are not loaded and cannot be seen. I am attaching again where you can see the images loaded in the attributes but not in the selector above. Please look at the images I sent you. Thank you.

Hello, I understand what you’re telling me about the category, but how do you explain why that term doesn’t exist in the category (there are only 6) and, as you can see, there are terms that don’t exist in the categories. I’m attaching an image showing that error.

We hope this message finds you well.

Upon reviewing the code, we have identified that the issue pertains to images not displaying correctly for non-category post types—in this case, the swatch taxonomy, as shown on the referenced page.

We are currently working on a solution to enhance the flexibility of the Spotlight widget to address this matter. In the meantime, we kindly ask that you provide us with FTP access via the private area. This will allow us to upload the necessary fix as soon as it becomes available.
