Hi,

can you help with product image change? As you can see in the video if you click on the thumbnails the image does not change …. why?

Hello,

Problem is caused by the YITH WooCommerce Badge Management plugin, it changes the HTML structure of the custom product slider that we use for the product gallery and that’s why it does not work. Provide us with FTP access to your site to check if we could add compatibility with that plugin. If not then you will need to use the default WooCommerce gallery instead of the custom XStore gallery slider.

Hello,

Problem appears on products that have the label. It does not depend on variable product or simple. I have passed the issue to our developers. I’ll inform you once they find solution.

Unfortunately, XStore custom gallery does not support that plugin. So, we have switched to the default WooCommerce gallery for you. Check now.

Hello,

I have removed the changes. Unfortunately, that plugin changes the HTML structure of the product slider and scripts do not work correctly because require another structure.
We won’t be able to add support of that plugin with the custom slider.

Hello,

We don’t have recommendations of similar plugins, unfortunately. All we can do is enabling of the default WooCommerce gallery instead of the custom one.
