Have you updated XStore Core plugin to 3.2.2.1 version? https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
Provide temporary wp-admin access, please.

You just need to edit your products and set the desired image, as was mentioned.

Hello,

As was mentioned, you need to upload images for products that “not showing images”.
Try to log in to the site using credentials that you provided for our support team > edit product > check this option – https://prnt.sc/w5zluy
This is your screenshot – https://prnt.sc/w4od8e , it looks like you changed the position of the Load image option, so try to click here and select an image – https://prnt.sc/w6fg2w
