Even though the height of the images are the same, how come they don’t appear like that here?

Your columns have different settings on “Design Options” tab. I’ve created “test” page. Please check.

Hello,

Please note that 0px value and an empty value give different effects. So you need to set the same settings for columns.
Also, please watch this video tutorial https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/use-element-design-options-wpbakery-page-builder-wordpress/
