    Hello 8 Theme Team,

    we are almost finished with our online store and it looks super professional thanks to xstore and elementor!!

    I still have the following error:

    If I want to display the thumbnails on the left side in my Single Product Builder (with elementor, not the old one), the images are not visible and the product page is broken.

    In addition, the lightbox does not work properly and the zoom does not work either.

    I have already contacted you about this. You added a code back then and said that it should stay in and that it would be fixed in the next updates.

    But that was over a month ago and the problem still exists, even though 3 updates have already been released. Please can you take another look at this? We would very much like to display the thumbnails on the left side and I think it goes without saying that it has to work.

    I have already done troubleshooting (on another website where I deactivated ALL plugins except elementor and xstore, same problem)

    PS: We use the variaton gallery.

    Please, we think xstore is the best WooCommerce theme and would like to continue using it for other stores, but we would like to display products on the left.

    Thank you very much in advance!

    Hello, @Glam.eu,

    Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    Please be advised that when the ‘Variation Gallery’ is activated on a product page, the display will be limited to the Variation Image Gallery exclusively. This means that the product video and the standard product gallery will not be displayed concurrently with the Variation Image Gallery.

    This is a default functionality. Changes require additional code customization.

    We trust this information will be of assistance to you.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team.

    Hello,

    No, you have misunderstood.
    We only want to leave the variation gallery activated and display the thumbnails on the left. But displaying the product thumbnails on the left does not work if you have activated the variation gallery.

    But that’s not a problem, we’ll leave the product gallery down for now.

    We don’t know which codes you have added, but if you go to a product and change the color, the image is no longer sticky or the image scrolls down to the footer.

    Please undo this. Then the store is ready.

    Many thanks in advance and for your efforts!

    Dear Glam.eu Team,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that we have recently made an adjustment to the configuration of your website’s product images. Specifically, we have deactivated the ‘Sticky’ setting within the column and subsequently activated the ‘Motion Effects > Sticky’ option for the Product Images element. You can view the changes here: https://prnt.sc/gW0G8fIAe88A.

    Following this modification, we are pleased to report that the functionality appears to be operating correctly.

    To ensure that these changes are fully implemented and visible on your end, may we kindly request that you proceed with clearing all cache data on your system and then perform a review of the website?

    We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your confirmation that the adjustments meet your satisfaction.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Warm regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Thank you very much for your help! That worked. I will now use it for the other product templates! Thanks for the very good support!

    Unfortunately there is still a small problem, which I tried to solve myself, but it didn’t work. See picture in the attachment.

    I have set the Z index of the first header to 9999 and the second one below to 8888, but the product image and the Paypal button still overlap the header.

    can u maybe tell me, why z index not work?

    Hi @Glam.eu,

    Please also add this custom CSS, this code will make your header always on the top of elements:

    div[data-elementor-type="header"]{
        position: relative;
        z-index: 10000;
    }

    Hope it helps!
