Image could not be loaded on single product page

    when i go to the single product view and click on the icon to make the image large i get
    “image could not be loaded

    Hello,

    Try to re-add images in product editor and check single product page after that.

    hi Jack,
    ive tried this and i still get the same error?

    what else can we do?

    Hello,

    Please update the theme to the latest version 1.3 and Woocommerce as well.
    Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/classico/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
    Also update WordPress to the latest version.

    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!


    (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    hi,
    I’ve updated both the theme and and woocomerce to the latest version also running latest WordPress.
    and its still not working.
    can you please have a look.
