I’m unable to import any demo to my wordpress

I am unable to import demos. All system requirements met, but unable to import.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access?

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Hi, how can i manually import via ftp, the demo data “Burger” to my Xstore theme, as the one-click install is giving errors.

Please downgrade the PHP version to 8.1 on assureifycase.com and let us know once it is done.

We’ve disabled 3rd-party plugins on http://www.veganworld.co.ke and imported the Cocktails demo https://prnt.sc/xFCnOQvSIZsU . Please check the result.

Hi, for veganworld.co.ke, i think you uploaded the wrong demo data. I wanted Burger data, not Cocktails.
Kindly remove and install the burger demo data.

Veganworld.co.ke – You can leave the Cocktails demo and just load the Burger demo data, and i will delete what i dont need.

Please note that we do not recommend you import demo content over previous demo content because you will get a mess from a few demos.

We’ve removed Cocktails from https://www.veganworld.co.ke/ and imported the Burger demo data.
